Wscieklosc film. I have seen the Cronemberg's 1977 original. I've just finished to watch this one. What a great remake. Honestly, it was a great idea unlike Cronemberg's version to settle the pitch into the terrible unforgivable world of fashion and combine it with body-horror. This is one way to do a good remake : Trying to adapt a thing from the past with past topics I to present discussion like body-image and superficiallity. My compliments goes as well to the aesthetic and make-ups. Great job Soska Sisters. 👏 I hope Cronemberg himself saw it too. 🙂.

Wscieklosc narcyza. Wściekłość synonim. First let me say I have never seen the original version (but I may try and watch it now) so I have nothing to compare this to. That said, I really liked the first about 70-75 minutes or so and was thinking OK this might end up being an 8. Then suddenly it was like the movie was being directed by a completely different person for the last 30 min or so. There was this whole scene that looked more like it belonged as the intro to a season of AHS than it did a scene in a movie. Twice they used some red filter on short cuts focused on characters played by the Soska sisters themselves but there was no reason for it. Scenes that the red filter might have made sense were shot normally. As far as the "vampires" go they couldn't even decide on which kind to be so do them right? Why not. They had the "classic" neck bitting kind, the Strain (snake appendage) kind, the mutated Resident Evil kind, and maybe something else I am forgetting. The stark contrast between the beginning and end of this movie leads me to believe that one sister directed the first half and the other sister the second half. If that is true only the one that directed the first half should be allowed to direct anymore.
All that said, at least I was entertained for the 100ish minutes of run time and trust me when I say there are many far worse movies you could watch. So watch it if you wish, but don't make it your first pick, and don't feel like you missed out if you don't.

Sennik wscieklosc. So glad I got to see this at a film festival. I'm a huge fan of the Soska sisters work and I knew this film was going to be a hit with me. I can personally say I wasn't much if a fan of the original 70s version. This remake though, was completely sick and twisted, I loved it! Some of the grisly scenes were pretty realistic as well. Definitely one I'll buy when it comes out on DVD and blu ray. Congrats to all involved. I FEEL BAD FOR LAUGHING WHEN HE FELL SO CUTE LOL HE SO THICK.

I like more mortican's version. The snare drums sounds just more brutal and vocals too. Spoiler: He gets to her and she was a figment of his imagination... When I first saw the thumbnail the first thing that crossed my mind was SHINO from Naruto. 
😂😂I watched this trailer without sound and it's amazing. This scene makes me realize how much Jesse was used in the last season. He was constantly being used by Walt before, but towards the end, he was being used by Hank. In this scene, he acts like he had Jesse's best interests in mind, but he really doesn't. There only reason Hank doesn't kill him right here is because he has dirt on Walt, and he wants the satisfaction of catching Heisenberg.
You sure he isnt just tripping out on shrooms or something. What to say about Rabid?
Frankly, I found it more comical than anything premise is pretty weak, not helped by an at times rather corny plot with often silly horror scenes.
On the upside, the acting is fine and does include appearances of well known Canadian actors.
Moderately watchable but by no means frightening or disturbing.
5/10 from me.

I love the Soska sisters. American Mary was brilliant. That wasn't a fluke. They know what they're doing. But no one, absolutely no one can do Crononberg.
That being said, someone give the twisted twins a big budget affair. They deserve it.
